Had an amazing time staying in a Deluxe Room. The technology in the room impressed me a lot. Thoughtful touches everywhere, especially the luxurious bathroom products. I appreciated the intelligent room design that gave me stunning views of the Paris skyline. However, communication with the staff sometimes fell short. I requested an upgrade and waited for a response that never came. The vibe wasn't the same as my previous stays, with some staff seeming less attentive. Though the location and amenities were great, the inconsistency in service left me wanting more.

The spa was top-notch with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and beauty services. The fitness center was modern and well-equipped for a good workout.

the shower was tricky (couldn't figure it out! ). the indoor patio with a breathtaking view of the river was stunning. also, the staff had personalized touches every day. even room service was quick and efficient!
